I have a large, open on 3 sides fireplace. I think it needs to be enclosed because no matter how well it draws, smoke gets into the room. Is it possible to just brick in the left and right sides, and maybe put a glass door front on it, or are there design considerations I should take into account to ensure the chimney still draws?
