Hello
I have recently bought a maisonette on the South Coast of England, if that's relevant.
I have little experience in DIY but this property requires alot of work. I have had a structural engineer report state that there is rising damp on the south facing walls of the lower ground floor. There will also need to be central heating installed on the lower ground as previous owners (RIP) only used electric.
Is it better to have the gas and electrics done before the damp proofing?
Thanks
