We ahve a felt covered flat roof which was refelted 3years ago and is in good order.
We dont believe that we have a lot of insulation.
Thoughts etc on overlaying with a metal type roof sheet that has approx 100 mm of insulation bonded to it ??
could poss lay sheets on 50 mm battens at front/bottom to 150 mm at back/top.

No you will end up with condensation problems in the existing roof.
