Hi, have had existing flat roof replaced recently due to leak and would appreciate opinion on workmanship.
Happy with roof, fascia and guttering, but the felt to the side of the roof appears to have partially come away from the wood it was supposed to be torched to - with air pocket between felt and wood board.
Have been assured by the roofer it is watertight and will not cause issues (has not in recent downpour) but am concerned workmanship not good.
Used 3 layer torch on from Suprema - morterplas sbs 5mm top layer, bicroelast waterproof membrane, lead flashing to joining wall, new boards, slope joists and insulation.
Any opinions for professionals would be appreciated.
Thanks
