Fridge drain blocking

Post by tidzaboy » Sun Mar 16, 2008 12:15 pm

Hi, the drain from my upright combined fridge / freezer has now blocked twice, with ice build up in the last 2 cm of pipe just before the outlet onto the 'drying plate' above the fridge motor thing.
Can anyone tell me why it keeps doing this?? Do I need to adjust something? or have a got a major problem?

HELP !

When I had same problem with my freezer the repair chap put a piece of copper wire in the hole to transfer heat and that cured the problem.
