gaps in parawood flooring starting to appear

by startingout » Thu Dec 20, 2007 2:19 pm

Our builder lay parawood engineered wood flooring in June 07 and over the last few weeks we have had cracks of about 3mm starting to appear along some of the planks (it looks like an earthquake fault line running up our kitchen).

Our builder was not very good (hindsight!!) and so getting them back is not an option.

Any advice out there on how to deal with the gaps??? I don't want to have to go through the expense of paying for a whole new floor...
