Garage Bathroom

by drpaul » Wed Oct 07, 2009 5:53 pm

Hi all,

We are currently building a new garage and on the side will be a small office. Within the office will be wetroom. Standard toilet and electric shower. Anyway, we were wondering the best way to get hot water to the sink? Is it a small immersion boiler needed or is there a simpler way? Total novices at this and wanted to have some ideas.

Many Thanks

Does it have it's own supply or would/could you take the supply from the house ?

Is the garage joined onto the house ?

What type of system does the house have ?

Where will the cold mains be coming from ?

Hi,

Thankyou for the reply.

We could take the supply from the house but not really wanting to do this.
The garage is not joined to the house
We have Gas central heating in the house with a combi boiler
Cold mains will be plumbed in to the garage from the house mains.

Is it possible to run it off the electric shower. It wont be a frequently used bathroom. More for showering after surfing and stuff
