Anyone give me the rundown on whats the best for a flat roof extension, Its a minefield and Ive no idea whether to go in rubber, felt, fibreglass or throw a blanket over it !!!

Hi Its really your choice but a good 3 layer felt system would be fine for around 12-15 years and is relatively cheap

Rubber or latex can be costly and may last slightly longer

I would not my self touch fibreglass and certainly would,nt throw a blanket over it.
Go for a 3 layer felt with solar reflective chippings.
