Hi, I had my walls re skimmed about 12 months ago and ever since we painted them there has been two stains on the walls that look almost like a grease stain. This weekend I have tried to repaint them but they showed back up straight away so I cover the stain with polycell wall smoother then repainted and the stain has come back straight away. Does anyone know what this could be. Thank you
