Hi, I’m looking for some advice on which sealant is best for the problems I have. I have recently tiled a bathroom and about to begin the grouting process. I have a concealed access panel, which I cannot grout because then I won’t be able to get into it often, so thought about using a sealant, however we also want to colour the grout (with the use of a grout pen/stain), and wondered what the best sealant would be. To summarise, I need the product to;
A - being flexible enough that it can stick to the tiles that don’t move, but can be cut away from the tiles that do move and still look relatively attached/sealed when the access panel is fitted back into place; and
B - be paintable/stained
Any sensible advice would be great, thanks
