Halstead Boiler and Central Heating not Turning on but Hot Water Working All aspects of plumbing questions and answers, help, tips and information

I have a Halstead boiler in my home. Recently we've been having this problem with our boiler, the central heating is not turning on but hot water is working. The boiler rumbles when i turn the hot water on therefore im sure that the power supply is working. I attempted to reset the boiler but nothing happened.
