heavy rain is leaking through groundfloor internal dining room lintel and tracking horizontally toward a leak in the conservatory side of the door lintel. the conservatory roof has been checked and sealed again. the dining room window faces out into the conservatory. the rooms above are dry. the render above the conservatory seems solid. there are no pipes in this area. can water leak through upstairs window cill and track down the cavity wall to an exit point? or can rain leak in roof, down rafter then down the cavity? what are the possible sauces of water leaking in these 2 spots?
