Is there a recommended minimum height for base of a concealed cisterrn to the top of the flush pipe where it enters the toilet pan?
I have installed a Skylo concealed cistern. Have set the levels to the recommended heights in the installation manual. Finding that I am often needing two full flushes for an Ideal Standard Space Saver Toilet bowl.
This is actually not much different from the previous cistern.
The base of the cistern is 10cm above the top of the flush pipe.
I am wondering whether raising the height of the cistern would improve the efficiency of the flush.
