HELP HELP HELP Advice and information on tiling and fixing tiles to a variety of surfaces

hi all,
i just finishing putting tiles down on my own in the kitchen floor i don't know wat has happened but some of them are crackin in the middle and they are sinking in?!?!?!? can anyone advice me on wat to do?!?!?

what adhesive have you used and so on
