Help Needed with Burley G4240-49 Natural Gas Flue Information, help and advice on many gas related subjects from gas fires to domestic appliances

I have a burley model g4240-49 natural gas flueless gas fire
the pilot is clicking but no ignition is happening I think there is no gas getting there need help to suggest what to do? technical helpline is shut till tomorrow as usual so any advice would be great
