Hi all,

Every year during winter, two walls in one bedroom in my 3 bed end-terrace house is covered in black mould. These wall is the end wall of the house and one of the outer walls is facing an vast open area with no tree or houses. The other wall is facing the street.

Summer is not a problem as I can open the window but winter is really bad. The heating is on and the house is warm. However, as it is a small house and we dry the clothes within the room, condensation happen and it is not easy to get rid of that.

I attached here some photos for your information. Could you please advise the terms of the issue that I am currently having and how to fix it? If it require professional help, please point me to the right service?

Hi duongnt,
Given how you are using the room a de-humidifier may be your only solution. Pick a smart one so that when humidity is under control it can decide how fast to run.
