Removed old wood chip from walls only to discover a strange pattern on the old plaster, not sure what this is. Tried to remove with Wallpaper stripper and scrapper, scrubbing with soap water and hard bristle brush but this stuff takes serious elbow grease and patience. Any tips, is it distemper?
