I had a tradesman come and do some roofing work last year.
The company was called Beta Roofs in Rotherham. I have tried making contact with the tradesman and they have ignored me completely even after sending letters via CAB.
Has anyone got any advice? Even taking legal action, there is no guarantee of getting my money back. It's unfair he is getting away with this.
I guarantee if he reads this he will protest his innocence and eagerness to put this right but I've had no response to any correspondence with him
