I have a Hoover H30 vacuum cleaner and the electrical lead has ripped out. I need to take the appliance apart, but can only access 4 screws, the fifth appears to be deliberately hidden away in the hole where the plug normally sits when fully retracted. How do I undo it? Is a specialist Hoover tool required? Thanks, I hope.
