Hot water problems...Cold water goes into tank but hot water doesn't come out...The hot water outlet pipe feels hot to the touch but cold water comes out of the faucet. Oh and get this, I do have hot water but sporadically. Had it all last week after doing four loads of laundry but no hot water now for last couple days. We've put in a new element and had the thermostat checked...Today we flushed and drained the tank. Still no hot water. Any ideas? Help!!!!
