Hi, I'm looking to purchase a property, the kitchen is a little on the small side so i want to move the wall back. I have loaded some pictures for reference, I have measured the distance from the front of the house to the position of the existing wall and again on the 1st floor (its a townhouse) and the walls on the 1st floor are in a different position. i have pulled the carpet back to see the direction of the boards which are perpendicular to the existing wall
