Hi - first post

I have two conservatory doors with Trojan patriot hinges, they are the trojan 1st gen. The Second gen have a compresion screw along side the height adjuster underneath the hinge, these are 1st generation with only one screw. How do I alter compression please.
I have this diagram, but unsure what it refers to to alter to make compresion move ?
