Hi, any advice on how to change the bulb in this spotlight. Can’t find details of model online. Picture attached.

Some lamps have to be taken out by using a suction cup on the actual lamp, or it may be one of the fittings that are designed to last for 50,000 hours then you change the whole fitting. (They never last for 50,000 hours)
