How to fit Fascias on a flat roof that uses firrings

by neilnc » Fri May 21, 2021 6:11 pm

Hi,

I'm building a garden room/mancave and was just wondering if anyone had any ideas on how best to fit the Fascias.
The front of the roof is 330mm high whilst the back is 255mm. Should I keep the fascias the same width all the way through or should I tapper the Fascia so that it narrows at the back?

Can't find any examples of this so was wondering if anyone had any ideas?

Thanks

Neil

Hi neilnc
You need to make the bottom of the facias level or it will look odd, so yes your facias will need to taper.
