How to re-attach lead flashing that has slipped down under rendering

Some lead flashing has slipped down under some rendering.The trouble is it has been nailed staight into breeze block.How can I re-attach it to make it more permanent?

you can use clear silicone.pump it behind the lead and squash it against the wall,when it sets it wont move.

can anybody tell me how to apply flashing tape what is the best stuff and what tools i need to go about it please

its called flashband and use a heat gun to apply it
