Am I right in believing that the two valves highlighted in purple are Gate Valves? There is one directly below the CH Zone Valve and one on the pipe to the Indirect heated HW tank?
Both valves were fully open. Is this right? If not where should the they be set. Both are 20 turns from fully closed to fully open (I've small hands!). What are they for?
My home is a newbuild (10 yr old), 3 storey, 10 rad system, all rads balanced and with TRVs.
