Ideas Needed for Small Terrace/Patio Area Your comments on how to design the perfect home - And help others do it !

Our flat has a small outdoor terrace which we’d like to make more of as the weather improves.

Wish list:

Seating area, low maintenance greenery and a bit of privacy as we’re overlooked from above and there’s free access from the right hand side

Any ideas would be most welcome.

I dont think the space is that big enough to make the most out of it!

I would just keep it at what it is now unless you are in some sort of hurry

What about adding a bit of trellis you could grow passion flowers against (they are not prickly like roses and are easy to cut back and super easy to grow).

Then you could perhaps add a corner outdoor sofa or some stools and a little table.

Pots would be your best option for this to dress it up a bit wouldn't it. Perhaps some lavender, some sweet basil, some primroses...that would add a lovely scent while you sit out in the summer and super easy plants to grown and maintain and they look lovely too.
