This "money management" can be handled by a third party payment plan, many of these exist.

Does anyone know or recommend one of these providers?

Unfortunately we can't recommend any individual companies within the information, but it looks like we've neglected to mention what you should be looking for, apologies for that.

The particular services you are looking for are called "Escrow services", if you run an online search for this then there will be quite a few mentioned, most of the top financial institutions offer these services, but you will need to do a little homework in terms of what each service provides, costs etc
