New extension built, outside non fused socket spured direct of internal kitchen ring. ?

Kichen lights wired into outside lights and is still labled as that.

Can either of these make sense, be right or legal.

Not sure what else I will find.

hi as long as kitchen ring is RCD protected then ok,
if kithen light taken from outside light circuit it's ok as long as label altered,
