hi - I want to sand my wooden floorboards and varnish them - I was told I should insulate under my floor boards first as it will be cold otherwise. Apparently you can pump recycled newspaper into the gap under the floorboards to insulate it - does anyone know anything about this and how I could get hold of a company to do it?
