internal and internal overflow pipe for toilets

how can we identify if a toilet has an internal flow pipe as they dont have an external overflow.

the internal overflow is kinda built in and difficult to explain on a forum. If you dont have a exit hole for an external overflow and its a modern toilet then i think its safe to assume its built in. Any overflowing water basically goes through the same hole into the pan as it would when flushed. Hope this helps. :lol:
