Is a 150mm wide concrete brick available? All manner of questions and solutions to problems and issues surrounding the subject of brickwork, blockwork and stonework

I’m planning sizes for a wall that will use 150 thick blocks (400x215x150).

I don’t see much online that offers 150 wide bricks which would allow the wall height to match the desired height vs adding another row of full size blocks.

Should 150 wide bricks be generally available? If not what do brickies do to fine tune a wall height?
