Is a Circular Saw enough? Advice and information on tiling and fixing tiles to a variety of surfaces

Hello,

I have a circular saw and need to do a smallish tiling job.

I have never done this so look for advice on the web.
Some people seem to say a circular saw is good enough as long as you have the right blades
Others claim I should not use a circular saw and buy an angle grinder instead.

Any opinions?

PS: I would rather use my circular saw (Bosch Cordless PKS 18 LI) but have no idea how toi find appropriate blades...

Hi Eric lebuffon.
Don’t waste your money trying to adapt a circular saw buy a cheat tile cutter. It will also be much safer.

I was confused because some sources said it's fine but it looks like there is indeed a consensus that it's a bad idea.
