I have completed insulating my roof with PIR, and have taped over the gaps, however I wondered whether it was a god idea to cover the whole of the exposed faces of the joists with foil tape so as to create a complete foil surface?
I will be attaching 25mm battens to the joists, to which I will attach foil backed plasterboard.
