[I am having a new kitchen fitted and the spark has put the sockets for my fridge freezer and washing machine directly below the hot and cold water connection for the washing machine its only 150mm away, And I'm worried in-case the washer leaks.It has done in the past.....

Hi,

The regs state that water dripping from washing machine taps etc should not affect socket outlets ie not below them. May want to consider moving them and remember they should be attached to the building fabric and not on the kitchen furniture.
