Can anyone help me with this UPVC door hinge. You can see from the pic that the pin is sticking up, and it won't just push down. Is it simply a matter of loosening the screw on the side then pushing it down? I am reluctant to mess with it until I get advice, because I don't know if the screws are there for adjustment.

it has probably turned, tap it with a hammer back into position.
