Kitchen floor grouting advice please

by lindsaker » Tue Sep 21, 2010 10:14 am

We recently bought our house and the kitchen has beige floor tiles with white grout. The grout has engrained dirt in some places and I'd like to change it to be a darker grout instead of white.

Can I grout over the exisitng grouting?
Can anyone suggest the best products to use?

Hi lindsaker

all you have to do is to remove the top layed of the old grout using a grout rake which can be purchased at any DIY store, the put in some new grout

here is a link to a video on how to do it I found very useful (apart from the accent..)
