Yes mate - use the flexi tap connectors. They are made in a number of sizes - with push fit or compression on the 15mm end.
The most common size is a 12mm screw fitting on the tap end and a 15mm fitting on the other end.
They also make 10mm options.
If you are going to take out the tap you should invest in a set of mono-block tap spanners to get up and on the back nut(s) - trust me it'll be the best £5.00 you ever spend.
