Kitchen tap types

:?: I am trying to identify a kitchen tap in order to replace the cartridge. It looks like a Franke tap but Franke say it is not. They recommend I check 'Artiflow' but I can find no reference to this make anywhere. Can you help?

Oh and sorry forgot to mention - try Atriflow NOT Artiflow.
