L1, L2 and common in 2 gang switch

just checking before I swop these over, L1 is 1 way, L2 is 2way and common to common?

Swapping L1 and L2 will swap which way is on and which is off, we tend to have switches down as on, and isolators up as on, idea is if something falls and hits switch it will push it down so off. But with standard light switch down to what suits you, and standard is down for on.
