HELP!! the concrete floor on the downstairs toilet is constantly soaking wet, what can the problem be? would a plumber be able to sort this as it means digging up the floor??? Just had a new toliet fitted hoping it was a fault with the old one but problem still there :(

See if you can trace a pipe buried in the floor and then dig it up.
