We have a balcony that is attached to an outer wall and sealed with a silicon type sealant. Recently noticed that water is leaking into the interior wall of the seal. Having looked at the seal it seems that there seal is pulling the cladding away from the house.What is the best way to reseal the holes and recover the remaining seals to stop the problem getting worse.
