Leaking radiator valve - no hex nut on top All aspects of plumbing questions and answers, help, tips and information

Hi. I've got a dripping radiator valve. The fix it videos online show a hex nut on top that you can tighten. Mine doesn't have this - it's got a black circle with notches either side. Is that something I can tighten, or is this a lost cause that needs replacing ?
