hi i hope you can help me with a question i have, i currently have a conservatory built on to my terraced house it measures 15 ft by 9ft how much space am i allowe for a loft conversion.nobody on my road has a loft conversion with a dormer on the front of the property,would i have to go to the expense of architect drawings to see if it is a viable proposition?? many thanks in advance
