Lots of Condensation on Windows in 2006 New Build Bungalow

by 386678 » Sun Jan 10, 2016 4:14 pm

I've moved into a 2006 new build bungalow and there is a lot of condensation on the windows each morning, dependant on outside temperature.
This condensation is causing mould on plastic window frames and even mould on shoes and clothing in a cupboard.
The flooring is concrete with solid wood on top but there are no air bricks on the outside anywhere to be seen, could this be the problem?

yes the house needs to breathe, I would have trickle vents installed in each window, that should help a lot
