low pressure electric shower in loft with combi boiler

Hi All,
I have recently moved, the house has 2 electric showers, on 1st floor and loft. There is a combi-boiler sytem and low pressure throughout esp in showers- the one in the loft hardly works. Any suggestions? Could I fit a pump?
