Hi there, I'm doing my A-Level project ,for school, on how to cut veneers on a band saw. I have encountered the problem of trying to cut the veneers on either the right or left side, as with the right side you have to move the wood and remeasure every time to incorporate the kerf width makes the process time consuming, annoying and often leads to uneven veneers sizes. And then when doing it on the left its hard to support the wood as it passes though each end even using a push stick. Does anyone else have this issue? If so what solutions have you came up with or what solutions do you wish you could have? Thank you!!
