hi, i've been told that i may not have water flowing into my mega flo tank. Where is the valve to open it and which direction should it be in???

hard to say, some have a lever on the pressure reducing valve, others it is a separate isolation tap. It may not even be the isolation valve, could be that the pressure reducing valve is alittle clogged up.
