Wie was cleaning shower yesterday, accidently dislodged front cover .To be fair it's not been that secure for a while .So isolated shower and checked Multi Connector and replaced .When you switch it on and press any of the temperature buttons to activate the light goes straight to service mode .Any ideas at all ?

You could look at the instructions and user manual and see if there is a helpline with the manufactuer.
