Mitre Saw Blade Splintering Pine Mouldings

Post by craigdwalshe » Wed Jan 06, 2021 8:32 pm

Evening.

Recently bought a new Mitre Saw, the blade keeps splintering my pine mouldings.
Never had this issue on my previous Mitre.
The blade is 48T TCT.

Is this blade to powerful or the wrong blade ?
Any suggestions be grateful.

Hi criagdwalshie
Suggest you take it back to your supplier with examples and see what they suggest.
